Moonlight in the Vineyard

Succulant grapes come to their full ripeness under the moonlight and night sky.

Rather than paint row upon row of a darkened vineyard artist, Kathryn Rutherford, envisioned this painting to depict the scene beneath the vines that captures the close quarters of the growing vines and the reflected light and colours that appear as one gazes upward toward the dark sky of a moonlit night.
